The principals at Bellandaine built their careers inside some of Australia’s largest and most sophisticated property organisations. They understand how corporate advisory works from the inside — the institutional processes, the conflicts that arise when a firm has equity, debt, agency, or transactional interests in the same assets it is advising on, and the internal pressures that can quietly shape a conclusion before the report is written.
That experience is why they chose to build something different. Bellandaine holds no agency mandates, manages no funds, and has no investment interests in the assets we advise on. We are retained solely by the client in front of us, for the question they are asking. That is independence as a structural reality —not a marketing position.
