Andy Gibson is a Director at Bellandaine, bringing over 20 years of experience in building consultancy and capital expenditure planning across Australian and UK property markets. Prior to Bellandaine, Andy held a senior multi-state leadership role at one of Australia’s largest property advisory firms, where he collaborated with state leaders to establish and grow a major building consultancy division specialising in 10-year CapEx programmes, technical due diligence, and portfolio advisory services to institutional clients.
Andy specialises in the preparation of technical due diligence and capital expenditure reports, as well as defect analysis, condition reporting, and make-good assessments across all property sectors throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. His portfolio experience includes major national programmes across aged care and retirement living assets with complex operational sensitivity, compliance obligations, and building services requirements, as well as technical due diligence on large-format occupied retail centres.
Andy is based in South Australia and leads Bellandaine’s SA presence, bringing the same institutional rigour to regional and state-based engagements that the firm applies nationally. His depth across occupied asset environments and his experience working across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia make him a particularly versatile practitioner on multi-site and geographically complex programmes.
