Eamonn’s expertise spans multi-site condition assessment, lifecycle cost modelling, risk classification, and institutional-grade reporting. His portfolio experience includes major programmes across aged care and retirement living assets with directly comparable operational sensitivity, compliance obligations, and building services complexity to healthcare portfolios. He has also delivered CapEx reporting and condition audits across healthcare and aged care providers.
Based in Queensland, Eamonn brings a structural engineering background that gives him a perspective on building fabric and compliance risk that goes beyond standard building surveying. On programme-scale engagements, he serves as a principal assessor personally responsible for technical quality and consistency across the portfolio.
