Laura Thomas leads operations and administration at Bellandaine, with more than 15 years of experience in operational management, team coordination, and business administration across the Australian property advisory sector.
Prior to joining Bellandaine, Laura spent 12 years at the world’s largest real estate firm in Operations and Administration Management, where she worked directly alongside Neale Scott and oversaw the day-to-day running of a team of approximately 45 staff. Her remit covered resourcing, workflow coordination, financial administration, and the operational systems that allow a high-performing technical practice to deliver consistently at scale.
At Bellandaine, Laura is the operational backbone of the practice - ensuring engagements run smoothly, deadlines are met, and the firm’s clients experience the same standard of service consistency that the technical work is built on.
