His career spans capital allowances lifecycle reporting, portfolio management, integrated fixed asset registers, and depreciation reporting for institutional investors and major property owners. Matthew has led depreciation work on landmark Australian transactions including the $1 billion acquisition of Jandakot Airport (WA), the acquisition of Crown Casino Perth, and Central Plaza One (QLD).
He has particular depth across hospitality and agricultural assets, complementing the firm's broader commercial coverage.
