Neale Scott is the Founder and Managing Director of Bellandaine, and the driving force behind the practice’s establishment as an independent, senior-led property consultancy. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial property, building consultancy, and capital expenditure planning, Neale brings a depth of institutional knowledge that underpins every engagement Bellandaine undertakes.
Before founding Bellandaine, Neale spent 12 years at one of Australia’s largest property advisory firms, where he built and led the Building, Depreciation and Cost Consulting Services division from its inception in 2013 into a nationally recognised team of 40 professionals. During that period, he delivered major capital expenditure programmes, technical due diligence assignments, and lifecycle cost advisory services to some of Australia’s most sophisticated institutional property owners. He was responsible for technical governance, methodology development, QA standards, and the commercial leadership of a high-performing national practice.
Neale founded Bellandaine in 2025 with a specific intent: to deliver institutional-standard work through a practice where senior practitioners remain directly accountable for every engagement. One very programme he leads, Neale serves as Engagement Principal — responsible for overall leadership, client relationships, and final sign-off on strategic findings and recommendations.
